Our terms and conditions of purchase are designed to ensure that both we as a supplier and you as a visitor feel secure in our agreement. Please read this carefully and notify us immediately if anything is not in order.
1. General
1.1 To purchase admission to Leksand Sommarland admission tickets, season passes/annual passes, other additional services), you must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or change your purchase.
1.2 For your safety and that of other guests, we do not disclose personal, contact, or order information to third parties, with the exception of the police, prosecutors, billing companies, or similar entities.

2. When does my order become binding?
2.1 A binding agreement is entered into when Leksand Sommarland you an order confirmation by email. Save this order confirmation for any contact with us regarding your purchase.
2.2 If you have lost your tickets or have not received them, please contact support@leksandresort.se well in advance of your visit, providing the email address you used when purchasing the tickets.
As a guest, you are responsible for ensuring that the information requested is accurate and complete.
3. Payment
3.1 All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via the website, by card or by invoicing through our partner invoicing company Riverty Sweden AB.
3.2 In order to offer various payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, and order details with the respective payment service provider.
3.3 When purchasing via the Website, the prices stated apply. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT.
3.4 In the event of a refund, the same payment method you used will be applied.
4. Date-specific admission tickets
Admission tickets are only valid on the day/days stated on your booking confirmation. Two-day tickets are always valid for two consecutive days and cannot be split. Rebooking is only possible subject to availability during the same calendar year and current opening hours.
4.1 Up to 48 hours before the first day of admission, free rebooking and cancellation apply. Within 48 hours and until 11:59 p.m. before the first day of admission, a fee of SEK 95 SEK ticket will be charged.
4.2 Upon presentation of a valid certificate, due to serious illness, death, serious accident involving a family member, close relative, or fellow traveler, or a serious incident affecting your home or vehicle, you may rebook until 11:59 p.m. on the day before your first day of admission.
4.3 Any changes or cancellations must be made by emailing us. Email us your order number and we will help you.
4.4 Changes or cancellations of tickets in connection with accommodation packages are handled directly by the respective accommodation facility.
4.5 Unused admission tickets cannot be repurchased or replaced retrospectively.
Tickets cannot be repurchased on site at the park.
5. Annual pass
Annual passes are personal and are only valid for the persons whose names are stated at the time of purchase and appear on the respective annual pass. It is not permitted to share/transfer/lend the annual pass; violation may result in the annual pass being revoked.
5.1 Once the card has been registered at one of our cash registers, it is no longer possible to change the name.
5.2 You have the right to withdraw from a purchase of an annual pass without giving any reason within 14 days of entering into the agreement, as long as your purchased pass is valid and has not been activated at any of our cash registers.
5.3 Any withdrawal from the agreement must be made by email to us. Email us your order number and we will help you.
Annual passes cannot be repurchased on site at the park.
6. Responsibilities and obligations
6.1 By making a purchase, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions of purchase, park rules, and the instructions of our staff.
If you fail to comply with this, Leksand Sommarland may Leksand Sommarland fulfill the agreement. This means that you will have to leave the park and that your tickets and/or season passes will be invalidated. No compensation will be paid to you.
7. Complaints and compensation
7.1 If you have any comments, positive or negative, we would love to hear them. Our guests are the most important thing we have. Please contact one of us directly if you have any questions. Our goal is for you to be able to concentrate solely on having fun.
7.2 We always strive to meet your expectations. If your visit does not meet your expectations, please contact the staff on site as soon as possible.
Complaints and claims must be submitted promptly and immediately after the defect has been discovered, so that we have the opportunity to assist you. If the claim is not made in a timely manner, you will lose your right to claim.
7.3 In order for compensation to be considered, you must have contacted our staff during your visit and pointed out the problem. If we have not had the opportunity to remedy the situation, you are not entitled to compensation retrospectively.
If the matter concerns damage to vehicles, theft, or lost/damaged property, we refer you to your insurance company.
7.4 We make no guarantees regarding queues, the operation of attractions or games, or weather conditions, as these are beyond our control.
7.5 If we cannot reach an agreement regarding your complaint, you have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (www.arn.se), which conducts impartial reviews of disputes between consumers and businesses.
8. Grounds for exemption
8.1 Both you and we have the right to withdraw from the agreement if it cannot be upheld due to natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, prolonged interruptions in water or energy supply, fire, or similar events that neither you nor we can foresee or influence. If a situation forces the entire park to close for the day, we are obliged to refund you, minus any benefits you may have enjoyed, or offer you new tickets for another date.
8.2 We comply with the safety regulations provided by the supplier and ourselves. We are not responsible for certain individuals not meeting height requirements, or for attractions being closed due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Commercial photography
9.1 Photography and video recording for commercial purposes is only permitted with the approval of Leksand Sommarland.
Leksand Sommarland demand compensation for commercial photography or video recording that takes place without such approval.
10. Forgotten
We are not responsible for items left behind in the park, restaurants, or other public areas. Have you lost or forgotten something? Contact us as soon as possible at lost@leksandsommarland.se.
We at Leksand Sommarland the right to make price changes, printing errors, and changes that are not yet known as of today's date.
